KEY SHIPPING INFO

We ship worldwide by the Polish Postal service  (Poczta Polska) using priority shipping with a tracking option. All domestic and international shipping is a flat rate based on the kind of products in the cart.

SHIPPING PRICE FOR ALL COUNTRIES:

Airmail for Postcards, Stickers, Zine €5.80
Airmail for Art Prints +/- any other items €10.00
Courier delivery (within the European continent) €15.00
Domestic shipping within Poland €1.70-4.00

For Postcard only orders (which do not include art prints and any other items) there will be a €5.80 flat rate charge for international shipping. No matter where in the world you are. All other items have a €10.00 flat rate charge for international shipping. 

Delivery within Poland is charged at a flat rate of €1.70 — Poczta Polska.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Periodically, track your order, using the tracking number to know when it should arrive. To track your order please visit your country's national post office web page. Or simply enter your tracking number at parcelsapp.com 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

Standard international airmail within Europe usually takes 5-9 working days to arrive. Deliveries outside Europe usually take 9-15 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

  • North America: 1-2 weeks

  • Europe: 1-2 weeks

  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks  

  • Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks

  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks

  • North Africa and the Middle East: 1-2 weeks

  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-3 weeks

SHIPPING TERMS

Once a package is dropped off to our local postal company for delivery, we will not have any control over the package. Therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account.

Customers who chose international shipping assume all costs in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs.
