ORDERS

Orders are processed promptly within 2-4 business days of your order.
Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day.

We accept all major credit cards. We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments. Stripe lets you pay for your order through your credit card or debit card. Paypal also lets you pay for your order through your bank card, or through your PayPal account.
All payments will be charged in Euros and converted with the current exchange rate at the time of processing.
If you choose to pay with PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to So Quiet.After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation notice from Stripe or PayPal and from our website, which also serves as your order confirmation.

Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@so-quiet.com we will try to help, however during company regular order processing procedure. We will not be able to cancel or modify your order after the order has been shipped.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE

You may return an unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Please, email us at hello@so-quiet.com to let us know that you will be returning your product and to request the return shipping address. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If order shipping is refused by recipient or package is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, we will not issue a refund unless the package returns back to So Quiet. Once the package returns, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only (less Shipping & Handling).
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Sometimes items can get damaged during shipping. If this happens to your package, please provide a picture of the item and packaging showing the damage. This way we can take further actions on the issue.
