PROCESSING TIME & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders are processed promptly within 1-3 business days of your order.
Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day.
ORDER EDITING/ CANCELATION
Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at email@example.com We will try to help, however during company regular order processing procedure. We will not be able to cancel or modify your order after the order has been shipped.
PayPal is the best way to pay for our products. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this function. You’ll be able to pay your order with your credit or debit card:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation notice from PayPal and from our website, which also serves as your order confirmation.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
After paying for the order, we package your purchase for transportation and hands it over to the postal company in Moscow, Russia.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number you can keep an eye on the package and refer to it with your local post office if there is any problem or delays.
We offer shipping internationally.
The duration of shipping takes between 1 and 3 weeks depending on distance and country area.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Periodically, track your order, using the tracking number to know when it should arrive. To track your order please visit your country's national post office web page. Or simply enter your tracking number at parcelmonitor.com (then, click the button below "Show details").
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.
Once a package is dropped off to our local postal company for delivery, we will not have any control over the package. Therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account.
Customers chose international shipping assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen.
You may return an unopened / unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Please, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you will be returning your product and to request the return shipping address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We don't accept exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned without being notified first where you can not trace the package.
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, we will not issue a refund unless the package returns back to So Quiet. Once the package returns, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only (less Shipping & Handling).
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
